The District 36 Vision
District 36 will be a vibrant community of enthusiastic, energetic Toastmasters who are dedicated to helping themselves and others achieve their highest communication and leadership potential.
Our History
District 36 Toastmasters is one of more than 120 Toastmasters Districts World-wide. District 36 Toastmasters has approximately 200 Toastmasters Clubs with over 4,000 members. Our borders include the Northeast and Northwest quadrants of Washington D.C., all of Montgomery County, Maryland, and part of Prince George's County, Maryland north of a line extended from the north-south dividing line of Washington D.C., eastward along East Capitol Street and Central Avenue to the county's eastern border. District 36 is bordered by neighboring Districts 18, 27 and 29 which we work collaboratively with to serve the members of all four districts.
