Qualifying activities that clubs can do to achieve this incentive are: 1. Achieved Smedley or Talk Up Toastmasters Award membership campaigns 2. Run a Speechcraft* 3. Hold an Open House event* 4. Have one or more members earn Pathways Mentor Program 5. Conduct a Moment of Truth session at a club meeting* 6. Complete and submit a Finish the Year Strong plan* 7. At least 5 different members earn educational awards 8. 100% enrollment of all members in Pathways 9. Earn DCP Goal #9 10. Officer training: All 7 officers trained for both Summer and Winter TLI seasons^; Achieve DCP goal 9# 11. The Area Director will receive the following if by May 31, 2023, the Area achieves:
· President’s Distinguished status = 100 TI Gift Certificate · Select Distinguished status = 50 TI Gift Certificate. · Distinguished status = 25 TI Gift Certificate

District Toastmaster of the Year |
This recognition is typically awarded to a Toastmaster who is not a District leader, but who makes a significant contribution to the goals and mission of the District.
The minimum criteria for consideration as the District 36 Toastmaster of the Year are listed in the Individual Blue Wings of Excellence.
Individuals who accomplish more criteria will be stronger candidates for selection as Toastmaster of the Year.
Nominations must include why this person deserves this recognition.
