Sandra Coles-Bell DTM, District 36 Director


Sandra Coles-Bell currently serves as the District 36 Director for the 2020-2021 Toastmasters Year. She had previously served as the District 36 Governor from July 2008 through June 2009 where she then led the volunteer organization of over 3,000 members and nearly 200 clubs to its 7th successive year as a Distinguished District by Toastmasters International standards. This tenure she is inspiring district leaders and members to expand their horizons through the district theme of "Grow For Each Other".
