The District 36 Council Annual Business Meeting was held on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST via Zoom (Teleconference). During the meeting, council members voted on 2021-2022 nominees for district officer positions. However, the vote for the approval of the 2021-2022 Realignment Proposal was postponed. Club presidents, vice president education, and district executive committee members received one vote each. A quorum was recorded in the meeting minutes and the following documents were provided for review prior to the meeting:
