The District 36 2025 Fall District Council Meeting completed successfully on Saturday, September 20, 2025 (Hybrid meeting).

Key notes are listed below:

- Credentials chair announced that the required quorum was achieved

- Budget was adopted as proposed

- One update was noted by Council chair in the Spring 2025 meeting minutes (update 'Sandra Ponds' to 'Sonya Ponds')

- The 2024/2025 audit report for the January 2025 to June 2025 period, was still in progress at the time of the 2025 Fall Fall District Council meeting. An update was made that the final report for the second half of the 2024/2025 will be presented at the Spring 2026 District Council meeting at the District 36 Spring 2026 Conference instead. 

- One update noted by Council chair in the Fall 2025 delegate packet (update the term year in the leader appointments page)

- The complete meeting minutes, updated Spring 2025 minutes document, updated Fall 2025 delagate packet document, and any other required or updated documents will subsequently be shared with District council members at the Spring 2026 District Council meeting.
